At The King’s Centre, King’s Walk
Men’s Chat: Mondays, 1:30 – 3:00pm
An informal friendship group for older men who are free during the day. Free refreshments are served each week.
Bible Reflection & Prayer: Tuesdays, 9:30 – 10:30am
Each week, one of our members brings a short reflection on the Bible, followed by a time of discussion and prayer. Tea and coffee are available, if you’d like to arrive a few minutes early.
Ladies Chat: Tuesdays, 2:15 – 3:00pm
An informal fellowship group for women who are free during the day. Free refreshments are served each week.
Bible Study & Prayer: Wednesdays, 2:00pm – 3:30pm
A time of study in the Bible, with lots of group interaction. We finish with a short time of prayer together.
Craft Group: Friday mornings, 10:00am – 12:30pm
Bring your own project to work on or start a new one. Stay for as long as you want; chat, laugh and share over free refreshments.
Just Friends: Friday afternoons, 1:00 – 4:00pm
A friendly, supportive group, open to all who may value a time of companionship.
Care for Carers: First Saturday in the month, 8:30am – 9:45am
A compassionate support group for anyone caring for loved ones at home. A light breakfast is followed by the chance to share the highs and lows in a safe and confidential environment.
At Wantage Baptist Church
Morning Worship: Sundays, 10:30-11:45am
Join our warm, worshipping community for songs of praise, prayers, Bible readings and teaching. We have classes for children of all ages, including a creche.
Baby & Toddler Group: Thursdays, 9:30-11:30am
We welcome parents, grandparents, carers & childminders with their pre- school children of all ages. Meet other families, play with a variety of toys and crafts, and enjoy free refreshments.
